This Privacy Policy explains how ELORYA processes personal data needed to provide account access, onboarding, preview, checkout, protocol generation, check-ins and product support.

Data We Process

ELORYA may process account data, runner profile data, training goals, food preferences, allergies, practical constraints, subscription data and product usage events.

Optional Sensitive Information

Users may voluntarily provide health-related warnings, such as declared conditions, medications, pregnancy, injury or pain signals. These data are optional, require separate consent and are used only to display prudence warnings. They are not used to diagnose, prescribe, treat or provide clinical decisions.

Purpose of Processing

• Creating and updating running, nutrition and recovery protocols.
• Providing safety and prudence warnings.
• Managing subscriptions, checkout and account access.
• Collecting optional beta feedback to improve the product.
• Sending operational emails, such as check-in reminders.

Marketing and Tracking

ELORYA does not use health-related data for marketing targeting. Non-essential analytics or marketing tags, if activated, must require prior consent.

Providers

The expected providers include Supabase, Stripe, Resend, OpenAI and Vercel. These providers support authentication, database storage, payments, email delivery, AI generation and hosting.
